I have just finished installing my 28' doughboy pool. With the exception of some major landscaping, leveling etc. my sons (13, 14) and I did all the work. It was easier than I expected, the tolerances are fantastic, the design simple and well thought out, and I can't wait to jump in (it's still a little cold up here on Long Island).
