depending on pool purchased. Please refer to
manufacturers warranty
specified for each individual pool.
Pricing
All prices listed
are in Canadian Dollars. Prices listed on this website are
subject to change without notice. Prices listed are also
subject to PST and GST where applicable. Clearance items
also are only while quantities last.
Cost of pool stated
on this website
does not include delivery, cost of excavation, installation or
pool permits. Preparation of pool, excavating, leveling of
ground, and installation is the customers responsibility.
Installation
Any installation details listed on this website is not to replace
the actual installation instructions that are included with the
pool. The installation process instructions in this website
are for reference purposes only and are not to replace the
official instructions.
Installation
Services are available to our customers in limited areas, and
outlying areas for additional fees. Installation services
include digging the hole, base preparation, pool and liner
assembly, and backfill where applicable. Items not included
in the installation service are: pool permits, electrical hook up,
fence disassembly and reassembly, water to fill pool (water
truck), hydro and utility mapping, grade repair or sod repair and
final pool surround.
Shipping
We currently ship only to those customers that
reside within
Canada and the United States. Shipping will be
provided by UPS or Canada Post or common carrier. Shipping
times will vary depending on availability of pool, shipping
location and customs. Please note that DELAYS IN RECEIVING
THE ITEMS ORDERED CAN ALWAYS OCCUR DUE TO THE POSSIBILITY OF
MANUFACTURER DELAYS, DAMAGED ITEMS THAT NEED TO BE REORDERED,
AVAILABILITY OF MERCHANDISE AND CUSTOM DELAYS. PLEASE ALLOW
AT LEAST 2-6 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY.
Receipt of Freight
Before you sign
any documentation at delivery, ensure that none of the merchandise
is damaged or missing. Compare the freight bill to the shipment
received before signing the freight bill in order to ensure all
that merchandise was received.
Any shortage should be reported to the carrier at time of
delivery. Shortages and visibly damaged boxes/items are the sole
responsibility of the freight carrier. If missing or damaged
merchandise is not reported to the carrier at the time of
delivery, all responsibility for said merchandise falls upon the
customer.
Inspect all packages externally
for visible damage (crushed, torn, ripped, or cut boxes). If a box
appears to have shipping damage, then proceed to open the box and
check the contents. If there is damage, then note it on the
freight bill before signing the ticket and do not accept that
item.
If
damage is not reported on the ticket, then there can be no claim
of damage.
Inspect all packages thoroughly before signing the documentation.
The truck driver should call the freight company immediately to
notify them of the damage or shortage immediately.
Deposits
Canadian Pool
Wholesalers does not refund deposits on purchases that are special
ordered from the manufacturer or Clearance Items
Returns
Canadian Pool
Wholesalers does not accept any returns on Pools, Liners, Heater,
Pumps, Filters. Any returns or warranty concerns are
processed through the manufacturer.
Permits/Codes/Usage
Every pool should comply with all
applicable provincial and municipal building and health codes and
the customer must obtain the necessary permits according to each
province and municipality. Each pool should meet or exceed
any applicable industry standards which are in effect at the time
of construction/installation. Please check with each
province and municipality for the necessary building and
installation codes and permits.
Misuse of pool may result in crippling injury and/or other dangers
to life and health. Do not DIVE or JUMP! Do not use
slides, diving boards, or any other platform or object which can be
used for improper pool entry. It is your responsibility to
secure your pool against unauthorized, unsupervised or unintentional
entry.
